Fees:

• $150 for the first hour, and an additional $100 for every hour after the first

• A coach is available to help with new riders upon request and for an additional $50 fee - Please specify that you would like a coach when booking your party

• All track rentals include 15  minutes of setup time before your confirmed party start time. If you think you will need more than 15 minutes to set up, please let us know when you book your party. There is an additional fee for more set up time. **PLEASE INDICATE WHEN BOOKING YOUR PARTY HOW MUCH SET UP TIME YOU WOULD LIKE** ​

  • 15 minutes of set up time: Included 

  • 30 minutes of set up: $50 

  • 1 hour of set up: $100

  • 1.5 hours of set up: $150

Availability:

• Track Rentals & Birthday Parties are not available during our normally scheduled practice/lesson/race times (Monday-Thursday 4-8pm; Saturdays 3pm and later) -- they are available any other time throughout the week 

 

Other Info:

• Birthday parties have a 2-hour minimum 

• No deposit required upon booking. Payment will be collected at the start of the party. We accept cash or credit/debit card

• ALL riders must fill out & sign a waiver (unless they have a USABMX membership). Waivers will be sent to the organizing adult for guests to fill out ahead of time (can also be filled out at the track the day of the party)

• Food and drinks are encouraged

• No rental equipment available - ALL riders (kids & adults) must have their own bikes (no electric or motorized bikes allowed on the track), an approved bicycle helmet, and closed toed shoes to ride on the track. After booking, please send your guests our ABOUT PAGE so they have more information regarding requirements and equipment.
